The Guardian Tape Training Team is an online community designed to help its members excel, stick to their plans, achieve their goals, and push hard for success.
This success is supported through the Training Team’s daily habits of:
- Community accountability via training sharing,
- Mouth taping while sleeping,
- Using nose strips while training/working, and
- Adhering to our self-developed schedule tracker (schedule builder included on sign-up)
Guardian Tape's founders will be an integral aspect of the community, providing generous assistance, resources, and guidance to the Training Team on their journeys.
Ryan has 22 years of sport & training experience, alongside 9 years of coaching experience, with a wealth of knowledge across many different sport & training disciplines - and is eager to help everyone grow!
This Training Team will be free of charge, and connect people from all across the world in their pursuits of fitness, finance, and faithful goals.
Among the benefits of this community will be regular challenges and team-building events, hosted digitally & in-person, that will allow its members to cooperate, compare, and compete with one another while on their own missions.
These activities will keep our Team motivated and on track - while having fun!
