1) 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a refund within 100 days of the delivery date for orders placed on guardian-tape.com.

2) How to request a refund

Email hello@guardian-tape.com with:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Email used at checkout

  • What you bought

  • A quick note on why you want a refund

3) Refund timeline (7 days)

Once approved, your refund is processed within 7 days.
(Your bank/payment provider may take a little longer to show the funds.)

4) Returns & shipping

  • We may ask you to return the product in some cases. If so, we’ll email simple instructions.

  • Original shipping fees aren’t refunded, unless the order arrived damaged/incorrect or we made a mistake.

  • If a return is required, return shipping is your responsibility, unless the order arrived damaged/incorrect or we made a mistake.

5) Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@guardian-tape.com and include a photo. We’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

6) Not covered

Refunds don’t apply to:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale/clearance items (if clearly marked at purchase)

  • Orders not placed on guardian-tape.com
