This policy explains how cancellations work for one-time purchases and subscription purchase options (such as “Subscribe & Save”) on guardian-tape.com.
1) Cancelling a one-time order
If you need to cancel an order, email hello@guardian-tape.com as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a refund.

If your order has already shipped, we can’t cancel it. In that case, you can follow our Refund Policy after delivery.
2) Cancelling a subscription purchase option
If you selected a subscription option (e.g., “Subscribe & Save”), you can cancel anytime.
To cancel:

Use the subscription management link in your account (if available), or

Email hello@guardian-tape.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Timing matters:

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals.

If a renewal has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel that shipment, but you can use our Refund Policy once it arrives.
3) Changes to subscription orders
You can request changes to an upcoming subscription (like quantity, delivery frequency, address, or payment method) by managing your subscription or emailing hello@guardian-tape.com.
4) Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days (your bank/payment provider may take longer to show the funds). For full details, refer to our Refund Policy.
