These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit, browse, or buy from guardian-tape.com (the “Site”) or use any services we provide (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Who we are

“Guardian Tape”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to the team operating guardian-tape.com.

2) Eligibility

You must be able to legally enter into a contract in your location to use the Services. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

3) Using the Site

You agree not to:

break any laws while using the Site
try to hack, damage, or disrupt the Site
copy, scrape, or misuse content or systems without permission
use the Site to send spam, scams, or harmful content

We can suspend or block access if we believe the Site is being misused.

4) Products, information, and personal responsibility

We do our best to describe products accurately. However:

5) Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

you’re providing current, accurate information (name, address, email, payment details)
you authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge the total shown at checkout

We may cancel or refuse an order (for example: suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions). If we cancel after payment is taken, we’ll refund you.

6) Pricing and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and may change at any time.

Promotions, discount codes, and bundles:

may have conditions and end dates
can’t always be combined
may exclude certain items

If a price or promotion is shown incorrectly due to an error, we can correct it and cancel affected orders (with a refund if paid).

7) Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription option (e.g., “Subscribe & Save”), you authorise recurring charges at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel.

You can cancel a subscription by following the instructions in your account portal (if available) or by emailing hello@guardian-tape.com. Cancellation applies to future orders only.

8) Shipping and delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates and can change due to carriers, customs, peak periods, or factors outside our control.

For details, see our Shipping Policy (available on the Site). Title and risk generally pass to you when the order is delivered to the address provided.

9) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (available on the Site), including our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee where applicable.

10) Digital products and free services

If we offer digital items (such as downloads or app access), we may change, pause, or end those features at any time. Where required by law, we’ll provide notice.

11) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (logos, branding, text, images, videos, product names, and design) is owned by or licensed to Guardian Tape.

You may not use our content or branding without written permission.

12) User content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content:

you confirm you have the rights to share it
you grant us permission to use it for marketing and on the Site (including social media), unless you ask us in writing not to

We can remove user content at our discretion.

13) Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. We’re not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

14) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

Where consumer guarantees apply (including under Australian Consumer Law), those rights are not excluded.

15) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption)
our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Guardian Tape harmless from claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The newest version will be posted on this page and will apply from the “Last updated” date.

18) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you are in Australia, you agree that disputes will be handled in the courts of New South Wales, Australia (unless mandatory law says otherwise).
